Paul Lomberg

A family law attorney with Lomberg & Del Vescovo, LLC, Paul Lomberg represents clients in Bergen, Hudson and Passaic counties in New Jersey. During the divorce process, he manages concerns related to child support, alimony, child custody, business valuations, distribution of marital assets, parenting time issues and retirement benefits. Also skilled in mediation and collaborative divorce, his experience extends to post-judgment litigation, prenuptial agreements, child welfare matters and domestic violence issues.

Certified as a matrimonial law attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Mr. Lomberg is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and has more than three decades of experience in family law and general litigation. A member of the Bergen County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel, he is a collaborative divorce attorney and a court qualified family law mediator.

Mr. Lomberg completed his undergraduate studies in economics and finance from New York University. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor. After working with clients in many different situations for so many years, he understands that each case requires an independent analysis to determine the best the course of action to get the outcome his clients want.

An engaged member of his community, Mr. Lomberg gives back through his work with several charity organizations, including Kosher Meals on Wheels. His volunteer service is often focused on the elderly and in the family law field, as he understands that many may not have the resources or representation they need to live a successful, fulfilling life.
