Richard A. Reinartz is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and the managing member of The Reinartz Law Firm (also known as Rhino Legal), located in Hackensack, New Jersey, with an additional office in New York City. Mr. Reinartz graduated from Lafayette College and earned his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to founding his current firm, he spent over a decade as a trial lawyer at two of the largest and most prominent law firms in the United States. Having represented both plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits and defendants—including insurance companies and Fortune 500 corporations—he possesses a unique, firsthand perspective on how corporate entities defend against claims.

Licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York, Mr. Reinartz is admitted before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Deeply committed to the legal community, he was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve on the District V-A Ethics Committee and has served on multiple committees for the New Jersey State Bar Association. He also regularly provides pro bono legal services to Newark Reentry Legal Services and the "Wills for Heroes" program.
