Rosemary Gushiken

The founding attorney of The Law Office of Rosemary Gushiken, LLC, Rosemary N. Gushiken has been representing Clients in New Jersey, with a focus on northern New Jersey, for the past decade. Focusing on matters involving family law, she works closely with a diverse range of clients and helps them create solutions for an array of issues, including divorce, child custody, child support, emancipation, equitable distribution, paternity, etc. She also assists people with estate administration and probate, and municipal court (traffic violations) matters.

A graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ms. Gushiken finished her undergraduate studies here in 2009 and received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology. She pursued law at the Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was an active member of several associations, such as the Multicultural Law Student Association, the Latino Law Students Association and the Association for Public Interest Law.  She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2012 and was authorized to practice law in New Jersey after passing the bar exam in 2013. 

Working from her firm’s office headquarters in Hackensack, New Jersey, Ms. Gushiken courteously approaches all her clients and ensures to fight for their cause and protect their rights. She understands that fighting for a child’s custody or approaching the bench to look at visitation rights might get quite exhilarating at times for her clients and guides families and individuals who are going through a rough phase with utmost compassion and honesty.   

Ms. Gushiken is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.  Ms. Gushiken is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Family Law Section), the Bergen County Bar Association (Family Law Committee), and serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Bergen County, and a Panelist for the Bergen County FD Settlement Conference Pilot Program.
