S. Emile Lisboa, IV

A 1999 B.A. graduate of Rutgers University, Mr. Lisboa straight away enrolled at Rutgers Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 2002. Soon after graduating law school, he clerked for the Honorable Joseph A. Falcone, A.J.S.C., at the Essex County Superior Court. Armed with the insights of the inner workings of the judicial system in New Jersey, he served as an assistant prosecutor at the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, expanding on his knowledge of how the state operates. 

Licensed to practice in New Jersey in 2002 and in the state of New York a year later, Mr. Lisboa is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. 

A significant figure within the legal community, Mr. Lisboa holds memberships in the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
