Warren S. Sutnick

A former prosecutor turned defense attorney, Warren S. Sutnick is a valued partner at Sutnick & Sutnick Attorneys at Law. He serves clients throughout New Jersey, as well as in the Bronx, Manhattan, Rockland County New York, and surrounding areas. His practice is focused on  criminal litigation and DWI/DUI defense.

Known for his extensive knowledge concerning financial crimes and money laundering, Mr. Sutnick is often asked to attend global engagements as a lecturer for organizations such as the Texas Bankers Association, the Swiss National Bank and the Bank of Singapore. He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.

Mr. Sutnick earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and then received a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He brings over 25 years of experience to his clients that includes serving as vice president of the financial firm, Morgan Stanley. In matters regarding criminal charges, Mr. Sutnick’s background enables him to anticipate the prosecution’s next steps and prepare for them. He is highly focused and gives honest, practical advice to clients on the following matters: drug possession and distribution, online solicitation of a minor, domestic violence, traffic violations, theft, assault and child pornography.
