Michael D. Ritigstein

Michael D. Ritigstein is the founder of Ritigstein Law, LLC. Based in Haddonfield, New Jersey, he provides representation to business and individual clients throughout Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester counties. Admitted to practice before all New Jersey state courts since 2000, Mr. Ritigstein is also admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Ritigstein divides his practice among estate planning and administration, probate and other types of civil litigation, and business transactions. He regularly prepares and reviews wills, trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, and he tailors his clients' estate plans to their particular needs and objectives. Mr. Ritigstein also guides clients through what can often be a lengthy and complicated probate process, and he has handled related litigation involving will contests and breaches of fiduciary duty.

For his business clients, Mr. Ritigstein provides advice and counsel on the most appropriate form of legal entity to use for a new venture, and he thereafter assists with the preparation of the necessary agreements and helps them with regulatory compliance. He also advocates on their behalf in the event disputes with other parties arise. Mr. Ritigstein is a 1996 recipient of a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware and a 2000 recipient of a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. He also has a Master of Law in taxation from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
