Nikitas Moustakas

Attorney Nikitas Moustakas, a founding and managing partner at the law firm of Moustakas Nelson LLC, offers sound legal representation to clients in Southern New Jersey. With the firm headquartered in Haddonfield, New Jersey, he handles legal matters such as trademark application, information technology, health care, employment and transactional business, along with providing legal counsel on corporate, business and general matters.  

After completing his bachelor’s degree in finance from Temple University, Mr. Moustakas went on to study Master’s of Business Administration at Philadelphia University. In 2000, he obtained his law degree from the New England Law Boston, Massachusetts. Majoring in taxation, he also earned a master’s degree in law two years later from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Pennsylvania. In addition, he has also completed a certification program on U.S. health care compliance.

Mr. Moustakas is licensed to practice in New Jersey (2001) and New York (2019), and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. With his many valuable experiences at other firms, he also aids in locating and securing finances for his clients and helps them negotiate business deals. He is experienced in taking on cases on behalf of homeowners associations and guiding individuals and corporates with contract drafting, review, transactional law, acquisition, agreements, trademarks, succession planning and labor matters.

As a former business owner himself, Mr. Moustakas has cultivated the knowledge and skills to analyze business metrics, identify opportunities, judge the market, foresee risks and plan. These insights coupled with the invaluable experience of over two decades as a legal practitioner have aided in serving his clients proficiently with credibility. 

A resident of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, Mr. Moustakas dedicates a lot of his time and efforts to the upliftment of his community by engaging in various volunteering and fundraising initiatives, apart from pro bono services. He is also a frequent speaker at lectures on various topics related to his area of practice.
