David E. Cassidy

For nearly 30 years, David E. Cassidy has been at the forefront of advancing the standard of client care within his industry to greater heights, stopping short of nothing to give his clients the top-quality representation they deserve in their contentious employment and labor law matters. A partner at Vlasac & Cassidy LLC in Hamilton, New Jersey, he fights for his clients in numerous federal and state legal settings, such as the National Labor Relations Board, and has brought claims under Title VII, ADA, FMLA and many more.

Mr. Cassidy made his first foray into the legal field through attending the Western New England University School of Law. During this time, he was an active participant in the university’s law review and in Mock Moot Court, bolstering his legal acumen and testing his legal talents throughout. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor in 1996, as well as his license to practice law in New Jersey, he completed his undergraduate studies in 1989 from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

A consummate professional through and through, Mr. Cassidy’s vast expanse of legal knowledge accumulated over his many years of practice aids his clients on what to expect in the legal issues they face. From handling complex construction labor law matters and advising clients during union organizing campaigns to fighting for his clients under federal labor laws and regulations – including the Davis-Bacon Act – he gives his clients the support they need and the confidence that their legal woes will be handled professionally, diligently and with poise.

Mr. Cassidy is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuit.
