Louis A. Casadia

Louis A. Casadia is the owner and managing attorney of LACE Law, LLC, based in Hammonton, New Jersey. His practice focuses on criminal defense, covering traffic, drug and weapons violations, as well as DUI/DWI cases. He serves clients in Atlantic County, Camden County, Gloucester County and Burlington County.

Mr. Casadia offers a unique advantage to his clients with his seven years of experience as a prosecutor in both Burlington and Atlantic counties. He has handled a wide array of criminal cases, including juvenile offenses, drug-related crimes, sex crimes, robbery charges and criminal homicides. He also served as a criminal law clerk for Honorable John C. Porto from 2015 to 2016. Born and raised in South Jersey, his deep-rooted connection to the area enhances his understanding of local legal nuances.

Mr. Casadia graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2015, where he was also a law review member. He earned his B.A. in political science, summa cum laude, from Stockton University in 2011. Admitted to the bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2015, he was certified as a criminal trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2022.

A member of the New Jersey State Bar Association since 2015 and the Atlantic County Bar Association since 2019, Mr. Casadia has received several honors, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in 2014, an “Excellent” rating on Avvo, and recognition as a Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers in 2024. Mr. Casadia has been actively involved in pro bono activities, such as coaching the Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition since 2020. He has also contributed to legal literature with his publication, "What the Heck is a Geo-Fence Warrant and Why Should I Care?" in 2024.
