Priscilla Schoendorf

Priscilla Schoendorf is the Founder and Principal Counsel of Schoendorf Law, LLC, where she provides sophisticated legal counsel with precision, conviction, and purpose. Her practice includes litigation, business law, real estate, land use and zoning, municipal and local government matters, regulatory compliance, technology related issues, and dispute resolution. Before founding Schoendorf Law, Priscilla practiced in respected law firms and in house litigation environments, where she handled matters involving complex business disputes, real estate and land use issues, municipal governance, regulatory enforcement, and contractual litigation. Her litigation background informs every aspect of her practice, allowing her to assess risk thoughtfully, pursue efficient resolutions, and advocate effectively when disputes proceed.
