Kathleen M. Reilly is the co-founder and managing partner of Brady, Brady & Reilly in Kearny, New Jersey. As an attorney, Ms. Reilly has been handling serious personal injury claims in New Jersey courts for over 30 years. Her recent successes include a $700,000 settlement of a dram shop automobile case, a $1.8 million settlement at mediation of a construction accident case, a $390,000 settlement in an automobile accident, a $850,000 settlement against a large box store when client was injured when a box fell on her head, a $537,000 jury verdict in a Title 59 slip and fall in the Kearny Town Hall as well as confidential medical malpractice settlements involving claims against emergency rooms physicians and an internist for a misdiagnosis in the ER, an anesthesiologist for negligence in the administration of an epidural injection and against a dermatologist for a delay in the diagnosis of Melanoma. Ms. Reilly negotiated a $1.5 million settlement at trial for a woman who was injured when struck by a delivery man with a hand truck in a convenience store, a $6 million verdict in a construction accident case, a $1.2 million settlement in an automobile accident case, and a $1.2 million verdict in an accident involving a bicycle and a limousine. Ms. Reilly is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a certified civil trial attorney, a distinction claimed by less than 2 percent of New Jersey lawyers.

Ms. Reilly is a 1982 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. She has been in private practice in Hudson County since 1990, representing plaintiffs in different types of litigation but always with an emphasis on personal injury. She is the Second Vice President of the New Jersey Association for Justice, a past president of the West Hudson Bar Association, and is an Executive Committee Member of the Board of Governors and active member of NJAJ as well as a member of the American Association for Justice, The New Jersey State Bar Association,  the American Association for Justice Top 100 Trial Lawyers, the Hudson County Bar Association and is a Fellow of the Litigatation Counsel of America.  Most recently, Ms. Reilly was named an Advocate in ABOTA, a national trial lawyers association.  She also is a Trustee for the Hudson County Bar Association, is a member of the Hudson County Arbitration Committee and the JPAC for Hudson County.  Ms Reilly has been a speaker on a variety of different topics at the Annual Conventions for the American Association for Justice, NJ, the New Jersey Defense Association  and the New Jersey State Bar Association.  Kate Reilly was the recipient of the Civil Litigator of the Year for the Hudson County Bar Association in 2014.
