Stephanie O'Neill

Stephanie O’Neill is a partner at Garcia Law, LLC, in Hackensack, New Jersey. She focuses her practice on family law and divorce matters, representing clients in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris and Passaic counties, and throughout northern New Jersey.

Raised in Queens, New York, Ms. O’Neill graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and went on to earn her law degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. She holds licenses to practice law before the state courts of New Jersey and New York. 

Over the course of her legal career, Ms. O’Neill has received recognition for her work on behalf of family law clients. Among other accolades she has received, the American Institute of Legal Counsel included her on its 10 Best Attorneys for Client Satisfaction list for family law. She also has a “Very Good” rating on Avvo. 

An active participant in her legal community, Ms. O’Neill is involved with various professional organizations. She is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, the Hudson County Bar Association, the Passaic County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Justice Virginia Long Family Law American Inn of Court. a
