FORMER TWO-TERM HUNTERDON COUNTY PROSECUTOR

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Kearns has made substantial impacts on the legal community. He held the prestigious position of president at the County Prosecutors Association of New Jersey and has been the dedicated New Jersey delegate for the association since 2017.
Mr. Kearns demonstrates his strong dedication to the community through his involvement in various community-oriented committees and organizations, such as the Mental Health Initiatives Inter-Branch Implementation Committee and the Inter-Branch Advisory Committee on Mental Health Initiatives, among others.
