Attorney Melissa Rosenblum is the founder of the Law Offices of Melissa Rosenblum, LLC, in Linwood, New Jersey. Ms. Rosenblum practices criminal defense law, handling matters, including DUI/DWI and traffic violations throughout Atlantic City as well as Atlantic and Cape May counties.
Understanding the devastating impact of an arrest or a criminal charge, Ms. Rosenblum is committed to providing personalized service and fighting for the rights of her clients. She has roots in the local community and several years of litigation experience, achieving successful outcomes for numerous individuals. Recognizing her accomplishments, The National Trial Lawyers named her one of the “top 100 criminal defense trial lawyers.” In 2019, Ms. Rosenblum received the New Jersey Judiciary Pro Bono Recognition Award. Ms. Rosenblum was also recognized in 2020 by the New Jersey State Bar Association as Professional Lawyer of the Year Award for Atlantic County.
Over the years, Ms. Rosenblum has remained active in her legal community and served in many leadership positions in various organizations. She is President-elect of the Atlantic County Bar Association, former chair of the District 1 Ethics Committee, member of the Atlantic County Municipal Defense Attorney Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and serves on the executive committee of Vincent S. Hanneman American Inn of Court. She also is committed to non-profit work that includes sitting on the board of Jewish Family Services and Camp to Belong River Valley, a non-profit that reunites siblings separated in the foster-care system with meaningful experiences throughout the year including a one week summer camp experience.
In addition, Ms. Rosenblum has taught at Widener University Delaware Law School as an adjunct professor. Ms. Rosenblum is also a former adjunct professor at Rowan University. She regularly serves as a speaker, moderator or panelist at various legal events and participates in many pro bono activities.
Ms. Rosenblum earned a bachelor’s degree in politics from Ithaca College and received her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. She is a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. A licensed attorney since 1997, she holds a law license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
