Michael J. Montanari

Attorney Michael J. Montanari is the owner and founder of The Montanari Law Group, LLC, in Little Falls, New Jersey. Focusing on criminal defense, family law and personal injury, he serves clients in the counties of Bergen and Passaic, and across New Jersey.

A fierce litigator, Mr. Montanari has dismissed serious criminal charges his clients were accused of, before the New Jersey Supreme Court. He extends his practice to the fields of civil, employment, real estate, municipal and administrative law. He has more than two decades of experience representing people on various matters including expungement and driving under the influence.

An alumnus of Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Montanari secured his doctorate in jurisprudence in 2000. Later in 1995, he received his Bachelor of Arts in history from Fordham University.

Mr. Montanari has formerly served as a public defender at the Bloomfield Municipal Court and is the Board of Health Attorney at Springfield Township.
