Dana E. Bookbinder

Attorney Dana E. Bookbinder is the founder and owner of Bookbinder Law, LLC, in Marlton, New Jersey. A South Jersey native, Ms. Bookbinder holds a genuine concern for the legal issues that affect the residents and families of her community, and she devotes her practice to advising and guiding clients throughout Camden, Gloucester, Burlington and Mercer counties as well as the surrounding areas of the Philadelphia metro region who have legal needs involving any of the following:

A 1992 graduate of Cornell University, Ms. Bookbinder obtained her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 1995. She also holds certification from the National Elder Law Foundation as an Elder Law Attorney.

Ms. Bookbinder has numerous publications to her credit, and she routinely conducts lectures across her region on topics involving estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, veterans' benefits planning and more. She also facilitates continuing legal education seminars for other attorneys on behalf of the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the National Business Institute.

Highly active in her legal community, Ms. Bookbinder is the current co-chair of the Camden County Bar Association’s Elder Law and Disability Committee, and she is a member of the Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations, the National Academy of Elder law Attorneys, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Recognized for her professionalism and comprehensive service, she has earned numerous awards and honors from her peers throughout her career as well as many positive reviews and referrals from her satisfied clients. She is also a life member of The National Registry of Who’s Who.
