Rebecca L. Rakoski

Rebecca L. Rakoski, co-founder and managing partner at XPAN Law Partners, focuses her practice exclusively on domestic and international cybersecurity and data privacy issues in a wide variety of industries. She has extensive experience in the healthcare, gaming and manufacturing industries. Rebecca creates a complete solution to her client's proactive cyber and privacy issues and addresses any privacy or security litigation, if required. Rebecca has extensive experience in all aspects of cybersecurity, data privacy and cross border data transfer issues. In addition to being a principal member of XPAN Law Partners, Rebecca is an adjunct law professor at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she teaches a variety of legal courses. Rebecca also sits on the Board of Governors for Temple University Health System, including a position on the Board’s Audit and Compliance Committee.
