After receiving a B.S. in accounting in 1979 from Rider College, Lawrenceville, New Jersey, Mr. Tumelty earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware, in 1983. He obtained his legal licenses in Pennsylvania in 1983 and in New Jersey in 1984. He was licensed to practice in Pennsylvania in 1983 and New Jersey in 1984. He is a recognized figure within the legal community. He holds memberships with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
