Robin Jill Schneider

As the founder of her own law firm in Matawan, New Jersey, Robin J. Schneider provides clients in Monmouth, Ocean and Midddlesex counties with the benefits of her more than three decades of family law experience. She understands that individuals involved in divorce or child custody disputes are usually under a great deal of emotional stress, and she endeavors to provide her clients with honest assessments and realistic expectations rather than promising them rapid and favorable results. In addition to being a fierce litigator, Ms. Schneider assists clients with matters such as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, adoptions and restraining orders.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College in 1978, Ms. Schneider attended Rutgers School of Law-Newark and was awarded her Juris Doctor in 1981. Admitted to practice in New Jersey, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Schneider has been certified in matrimonial law by the Board on Attorney Certification, which was established by the Supreme Court of New Jersey in 1980. Attorneys earning this distinction must have earned favorable evaluations from both their peers and family law judges in New Jersey and must have passed a written examination covering various aspects of the particular practice area.

Highly regarded by her fellow professionals, Ms. Schneider has received a Distinguished* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. She is an active participant in several legal organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth Bar Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, an interdisciplinary association of professionals dedicated to the resolution of family conflict.
