Keith Biebelberg

The co-founder of Biebelberg & Martin LLC in Millburn, New Jersey, Keith N. Biebelberg serves clients across Union, Essex, Hudson, Somerset, Middlesex and Bergen counties. He assists people with various areas of the law, including:

Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney, Mr. Biebelberg has handled several cases across the U.S. in both state and federal courts. He has also helped clients with appellate matters before the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, and the Supreme Courts of Delaware and New Jersey. Moreover, he has represented individuals in numerous multiplaintiff lawsuits under The New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.

Earning his bachelor’s from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1980, Mr. Biebelberg went on to pursue his legal studies at Rutgers University. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1983 and was licensed to practice the same year in New Jersey. After graduation, he continued to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alfred M. Wolin. His other bar admissions include New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
