Earning his bachelor’s from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1980, Mr. Biebelberg went on to pursue his legal studies at Rutgers University. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1983 and was licensed to practice the same year in New Jersey. After graduation, he continued to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alfred M. Wolin. His other bar admissions include New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
