NEIL S. DORNBAUM is recognized as one of the premier immigration attorneys in the State of New Jersey. He represents Fortune 500 companies, corporate employers in engineering, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and emerging business within high tech industries assisting employers with domestic and international transfer of foreign personnel, including executives, managers, and other highly skilled professionals, and those individuals of extraordinary and exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, and athletics. He also represents individuals seeking to reunite with family members and obtain citizenship.

Mr. Dornbaum is active in several bar associations and professional organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He lectures and writes extensively on immigration law and has served on the editorial board for several immigration publications and has edited over 30 coursebooks on Immigration and Nationality matters and Chaired over 50 Immigration Conferences.

He has served as a liaison to the numerous governmental agencies including Department of Homeland Security; Citizenship and Immigration Service; Immigration Customs and Enforcement; Customs and Border Protection; Department of Labor and Department of State.

A graduate of Hunter College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts, Mr. Dornbaum attended the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1981. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
