Alfonso Gambone

Focusing his practice primarily on criminal defense matters, Alfonso Gambone provides dedicated representation to people throughout the area who have been charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses that include drug possession and distribution, driving under the influence of alcohol, weapons violations, murder, manslaughter, robbery, theft, burglary, assault, and sex crimes.

Mr. Gambone has obtained bench and jury acquittals in many of his cases, and he has negotiated favorable plea agreements with the prosecution in others. His fellow attorneys have taken note of his successes as well as his high degree of ethics by awarding him a 10.0 "Superb" peer-review rating through Avvo. In addition, Mr. Gambone has been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100. He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals.

Mr. Gambone is a graduate of Villanova University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1999. He then went on to attend the Temple University Beasley School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2003. After law school, Mr. Gambone spent several years serving his country as a member of the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the U.S. Army before entering private practice. He also holds an LL.M. in trial advocacy from his law school alma mater.
