Domenick Carmagnola

Domenick Carmagnola, a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law representing management and individual defendants in both the private and public sector; non-compete litigation; appellate practice; commercial litigation and business disputes. His practice involves counseling on, and litigation of, all types of labor and employment matters including discrimination claims, sexual harassment claims, breach of contract, whistleblower, public policy and employment-at-will claims, restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, business torts, and matters before the NLRB.
