Erin E. Rantas is a seasoned attorney and partner at Lazor Rantas, PC, where she has dedicated nearly two decades to the practice of family law through litigation and mediation in New Jersey. These include a broad spectrum of cases such as premarital, cohabitation, post-marital, separation and marital agreements, as well as child custody and parenting time litigation, equitable distribution of assets, alimony, child support, college contribution, post-judgment modification issues and domestic violence cases.

Ms. Rantas’ profound understanding of family law is enhanced by her earlier experiences handling complex legal matters in Manhattan. She is not only a qualified New Jersey Family Law Mediator but also holds admissions to practice law in both New Jersey and New York, actively participating in their respective bar associations, particularly in the Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections.

Prior to her current role at Lazor Rantas, PC, Ms. Rantas honed her trial skills at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s rigorous trial academy. She earned her J.D. from Union University’s Albany Law School in 2001, after graduating with honors in sociology from Siena College in 1998. Her comprehensive approach, extensive legal acumen and commitment to her clients' best interests ensure that each case is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
