After law school, Mr. Goldsmith clerked for a renowned judge in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He then served as an assistant prosecutor at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
Actively affiliated with the legal community, Mr. Goldsmith has memberships in the New Jersey Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Hudson County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative, for which he serves as a member of the board of trustees.
