Laura Ann Kelly

Laura Ann Kelly concentrates her practice in the areas of Trusts & Estate Planning and Administration for high net-worth clients. Her practice includes the preparation of simple and complex Wills and trusts tailored to address client objectives, estate, gift, and income tax planning and charitable and philanthropic goals of her client. In addition, Ms. Kelly advises both principals and shareholders of closely-held businesses on business succession plans and provides counsel on the corporate governance of non-profit organizations.

Ms. Kelly graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1989 and received her law degree from George Washington University in 1992. She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1992 and to the New York Bar in 1993. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She served on the District X Ethics Committee from 2001 through 2004.

As an active community member, Ms. Kelly has served on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations in either an advisory or a fiduciary capacity, including Vice-Chair of the Chilton Medical Center Advisory Board (2010 - 2017) and serving as a Member in 2018; Ms. Kelly is also a Trustee of the Atlantic Health System Board of Trustees (June 2014 - present). In addition, Ms. Kelly served as President of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey (2005 – 2006); was a member of the American Red Cross’ Morris Area Chapter, and sat on the Board of the Center of Hope Hospice and Palliative Care, where she served as both Trustee and Secretary (2001-2004).
