She serves the rights and interests of clients throughout Essex, Morris, Union, Sussex and Bergen counties who are going through a divorce or have some other serious domestic relations issue they need to address.

For the past 20 years, she has served as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Morris County, and she is the former chair and former vice chair of the District X Ethics Committee.

Among her most recent appointments, she serves as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Nominating Committee, Paralegal Committee and Professionalism Committee, and from 2014-2015, she served as trustee to the organization's Family Law Section Executive Committee. Ms. Mainenti Walsh also serves on the adjunct legal faculty at Montclair State University, and she has conducted numerous continuing legal education seminars across her region.

A 1986 graduate of Montclair State University, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1989. Along with practicing before all New Jersey state courts, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court.
