Robert A. Scirocco

Robert A. Scirocco is an attorney at Scirocco Law, P.C. who represents clients in Morris, Bergen, Essex, Warren, Sussex, and Somerset counties in New Jersey. His practice areas include personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, municipal court, consumer fraud, criminal law, employment law, and civil rights. Certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, he is a Master of the Worrall F. In 1980, Mr. Scirocco graduated from Loyola Law School with his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he was editor in chief of the law school newspaper. While performing a clerkship in Washington, D.C., he received a commendation from the President of the United States for his legal contributions helping ex-offenders find jobs in the workplace.

Prior to founding his own law firm, Mr. Scirocco worked as a partner at two mid-sized firms. He takes great pride in his reputation of protecting the rights of every individual. For example, Mr. Scirocco successfully represented a trucking company employee who wanted to sue his employer, arguing the employee was harassed because his employer believed him to be Jewish.

Mr. Scirocco is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. He served in the Hudson County Superior Court as a law clerk and has tried more than 100 jury trials in federal and state courts. Throughout his career, he has served as counsel for local entities like the Budd Lake Fire Department.
