Sandra C. Fava

Sandra C. Fava is the founder and managing attorney at Fava Law LLC, based in Morristown, New Jersey. Her firm focuses on family law, including divorce, custody, support, alimony, prenuptials and domestic violence cases. Serving Central New Jersey and counties such as Morris, Essex, Union and Somerset, her firm is dedicated to offering compassionate and effective legal counsel for families and individuals in transition.

Ms. Fava has built her career exclusively in family law. She is recognized for her commitment to personalized strategies that address her clients' unique needs and objectives. Before establishing Fava Law LLC, she was a partner in the Family Law Department of a national Am Law 200 firm and led the Family Law Department at a respected regional law firm. Ms. Fava holds a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was involved with the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board and participated in the Graduates to Leaders Law Program. She completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. 

Active in the legal community, Ms. Fava is a member of several associations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association's Family Law Section and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
