Stephen T. Scirocco

Stephen T. Scirocco is a well-regarded employment and labor law attorney in Morristown, New Jersey. He is a partner at Scirocco Law, PC, since 2021 and has effectively represented a wide range of employees and businesses in matters pertaining to employment discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) violations. 

Additionally, Mr. Scirocco provides guidance to employers who conduct internal investigations. He assists in creating compliance programs and policies for proper workplace training and reporting procedures. In addition to labor and employment law, he is well-versed in other general civil litigation matters. 

Mr. Scirocco possesses a great deal of criminal law experience, having served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps. He held the position of military prosecutor and headed joint investigations involving internet crimes, child exploitation, drug trafficking and sexual assault with the FBI, DEA and NCIS. He was also designated as the Special Assistant U.S. Attorney (SAUSA) for the district of Hawaii while on active duty and represented the Marine Corps in civilian crime prosecution. He continues to serve in the Marines as a reservist with the rank of Captain.

From Penn State Dickinson Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Mr. Scirocco graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2014 after completing his Bachelor of Arts degree at Providence College in 2011. During law school, he was a part of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He was authorized to practice law in New Jersey in 2014 and later in Pennsylvania.
