Mr. Lemega is a principal and the managing partner for the firm’s Morristown office. He is an alumnus of the University of Scranton and New England Law – Boston. After graduating law school, he enjoyed a one-year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C., in the Morris County Superior Court, Family Part. Since then, he has devoted his private practice exclusively to matrimonial and family law matters.
Mr. Lemega is a skilled trial attorney who focuses his practice on complex matrimonial and family law matters. He is committed to providing his clients with comprehensive and quality legal representation and litigation strategy that is centered on achieving the proper outcome, even when faced with what may appear to be insurmountable acrimony.
He has been awarded the designation of Certified Matrimonial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, which is a designation achieved by only 2% of the attorneys in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, and serves as a Panelist on the Morris, Hunterdon and the Somerset County Early Settlement Panels. In 2018, the Supreme Court appointed Mr. Lemega to the District Ethics Committee for Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren Counties (DEC XIII). He also currently serves as Trustee for the Somerset County Bar Association.
