Christina A. Salvia

Christina A. Salvia serves as a seasoned family law attorney with Ross & Calandrillo, LLC, in Mountainside, New Jersey. Since joining the firm, she has provided comprehensive counsel on a broad spectrum of matrimonial issues, including child support, parentage, adult and juvenile name changes, divorce and post-judgment modifications. She also represents clients in nondissolution matters in both New Jersey and New York, with a particular passion for serving the families of first responders.

Ms. Salvia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University before pursuing her Juris Doctor at New York University School of Law. While at NYU, she held the position of vice president for the Domestic Violence Project and contributed her talents to the Innovation Center for Law and Technology. Her commitment to access to justice was further demonstrated through her internship with the New York State Court’s Access to Justice Program, where she advised pro se litigants on uncontested divorce and domestic abuse matters.

Licensed to practice in New Jersey since 2020 and admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 2021, Ms. Salvia maintains an active presence within the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division. Prior to joining Ross & Calandrillo, LLC, she honed her matrimonial competence as an associate at both a distinguished New Jersey family law practice and a national firm, managing complex divorce proceedings in New Jersey and New York.

Early in her career, Ms. Salvia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas Callahan Jr., in the Essex Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. In that capacity, she developed a deep understanding of cases involving custody, parenting time, relocation, child support, arrearages, domestic violence and family offense matters – experience that informs her compassionate, detail-oriented advocacy.
