Jodi Argentino

As an of counsel attorney at Ross & Calandrillo, LLC, based in Mountainside, New Jersey, Jodi Argentino focuses on family law. She provides support to individuals and families facing some of life’s most sensitive legal issues. Her practice includes a variety of domestic relations matters, including divorce and dissolution, alimony and spousal support, child support, custody and visitation, paternity, prenuptial agreements and name changes. She also represents clients in matters involving domestic violence and same-sex family law.

Ms. Argentino is experienced in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. As a certified mediator and parent-coordinator, she helps clients resolve conflicts through mediation and collaborative law, helping families reach practical and sustainable outcomes while minimizing conflict. Her approach prioritizes problem-solving, advocacy, and a clear understanding of the emotional and financial complexities in family law cases.

Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, Ms. Argentino was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2002 and the New York Bar in 2004. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Her multijurisdictional admissions allow her to serve clients with family law matters that cross state lines.

The academic journey of Ms. Argentino started with her graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College in 1997. Later, she went on to pursue her legal studies at the Syracuse University College of Law, where she bolstered her legal principles and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2002.

Beyond the courtroom, Ms. Argentino is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and serves on the association’s Family Law Executive Committee. She is also a member of The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, reflecting her commitment to inclusive and knowledgeable representation in family law matters.
