Melissa E. Gluck

Melissa E. Gluck is a seasoned attorney at Ross & Calandrillo, LLC, in Mountainside, New Jersey, bringing over a decade of family law experience marked by compassionate advocacy and strategic counsel. She recognizes the deeply personal nature of family disputes and approaches each matter with empathy, patience and a clear focus on clients’ objectives.

An academic scholar, Ms. Gluck earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2011, where she served as note and comment editor for the International Law Review and represented domestic violence survivors in the Women and the Law Clinic. After graduation, she joined the Anti-Defamation League’s Washington, D.C., office as Assistant Regional Director, overseeing civil-rights investigations into hate crimes and discrimination.

In 2014, Ms. Gluck relocated to New Jersey to clerk for the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, J.S.C., in the Family Part of the Superior Court, handling injunctions, nondissolution matters and matrimonial disputes. Since 2015, she has practiced exclusively in family law at prominent boutique firms in Essex and Morris Counties. In January 2024, she joined Ross & Calandrillo, LLC, where she is known for her compassionate yet zealous representation.

Admitted in New Jersey and Maryland, Ms. Gluck is active in the Family Law Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association, as well as the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. She serves as a family law early settlement panelist in Morris County and volunteers with the Morris County Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project.

Appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Ms. Gluck also serves as an Investigator for the Union County District Ethics Committee. Dedicated to delivering advocacy and support, she remains committed to guiding families through the complexities of the legal system.
