Robyn E. Ross

As a founding partner at Ross & Calandrillo, LLC, based in Mountainside, New Jersey, Robyn E. Ross provides compassionate legal representation in family law matters to clients throughout the state. Her practice is devoted exclusively to domestic relations, with an emphasis on guiding individuals and families through some of the most personal and complex legal challenges they face.

Ms. Ross handles a wide range of family law issues, including divorce and dissolution, alimony and spousal support, child support, custody and visitation, marital property distribution, paternity matters and prenuptial agreements. She also represents clients in cases involving domestic violence, fathers’ rights and same-sex family law. Besides traditional litigation, she is experienced in mediation and collaborative law, offering alternative dispute resolution options designed to reduce conflict and promote constructive outcomes.

Certified as a matrimonial law attorney, Ms. Ross brings a high level of skill and professionalism to her practice. She is also a certified mediator and parent coordinator, which allows her to help families resolve disputes efficiently while prioritizing children’s best interests. Her approach combines strong advocacy with practical problem-solving, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Ms. Ross graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in law and justice from The College of New Jersey in 2002. She then went on to attend the Seton Hall University School of Law, where she developed her legal advocacy skills and earned her Juris Doctor in 2006. She has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 2007.

An active member of the legal community, Ms. Ross belongs to several professional organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Solo and Small Firm Section, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Essex County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.
