Daniel M. Rosenberg

The managing partner at Rosenberg | Perry & Associates, Daniel M. Rosenberg focuses his practice primarily on criminal defense matters. From the firm’s main office in Mount Holly, New Jersey, he represents clients throughout Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in the southern part of the state. Mr. Rosenberg is certified as a criminal trial attorney by the Board on Attorney Certification of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Rosenberg’s criminal defense experience has included state and federal felony and misdemeanor charges involving a variety of offenses. The cases that he has handled have included drug possession and distribution, kidnapping, driving under the influence of alcohol, homicide, theft, arson, sexual assault, weapons violations, and robbery, among many others. Mr. Rosenberg has a significant track record of obtaining positive results for his clients, whether through dismissals, acquittals, or the negotiation of favorable plea agreements with the prosecution. Prior to entering private practice, he worked as an attorney at the Office of the Burlington County Prosecutor, and he draws on that experience when anticipating the tactics he might face when defending his clients.

Mr. Rosenberg’s experience has also encompassed personal injury and wrongful death litigation, immigration, and estate planning. Admitted to practice in New Jersey since 2003, Mr. Rosenberg is also admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
