Kimberly Greenfield joined Musulin Law Firm, LLC, demonstrating such commitment and passion to family law practice that she quickly earned status as partner. Kim has a decade of experience dedicated exclusively to the practice of family law. Kim is a highly skilled and zealous advocate for her clients whether sitting at the negotiation table to seek an amicable resolution or standing before the court to seek a just and favorable outcome. Kim’s clients praise her compassion and dedication to tireless advocacy during some of life’s toughest challenges.

Kim is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Burlington County Bar Association. For the 2023-2024 year, she was selected to be a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee - FD Subcommittee. As part of her practice, she dedicates time to staying updated on current issues in family law. She most recently co-authored an article “Time to Retire the Mandated MESP Program” for the New Jersey Family Lawyer publication and presented a seminar regarding Tech Issues in Domestic Violence Matters for the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA Family Law Hot Tips -Let’s Talk about Tech, October 14, 2024).

Kim obtained a law degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. During law school, she developed extensive knowledge regarding the internal processes of the New Jersey court system as a judicial intern to the Honorable Daniel D'Alessandro, Family-Part Judge, Hudson County, Superior Court, and the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson, Assignment Judge for Mercer County, Superior Court. During law school, Ms. Greenfield was selected to serve in the prestigious role as Research and Writing Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. Further, due to her client advocacy Kim earned the Reed Smith Clinical Excellence Award; recognitions reserved for the students who provide the most outstanding representation to clients through Rutgers’ legal clinics.

After graduating law school, Kim served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy W. Chell, Chancery Division, Family Party, Gloucester County, New Jersey. She then went on to work as a family law associate with the law firm in South Jersey. Kim is admitted to practice under both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars.

Prior to attending law school, Kim attended Franklin and Marshall College and obtained a bachelor's degree in Anthropology with a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. As a well-rounded student, Kim was captain of the Varsity Swim Team and medaled in the distance freestyle. Kim developed and employed a passion, intensity, and endurance required to succeed that Kim has taken from the pool, to law school, and ultimately the courtroom.

Unlike many attorneys, Kim's love for family law took root in college through her volunteer work with the Lancaster Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. She remains a staunch advocate and continues to develop herself as a leader who can capably and caringly guide families and individuals through the unique stressors that come with divorce, custody disputes, and domestic violence.

Kim rarely takes a moment away from her practice, but when she does, she enjoys time attending concerts, traveling, and working out the stresses of life on a Pilates reformer.
