Thomas Roberto is a partner and shareholder with the law firm of Adinolfi, Lieberman, Burick, Roberto & Molotsky PA, located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Mr. Roberto devotes his practice to family law, providing personal attention and exceptional legal services to clients in the Southern New Jersey area, including but not limited to Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Mercer, and Atlantic counties.
Mr. Roberto dedicates his practice to all aspects of family law, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, adoptions, domestic violence and prenuptial agreements, as well as appeals. Over his time in practice, he has litigated numerous types of hearings and trials at both the trial court and appellate levels, having achieved favorable outcomes for his clients due to his outstanding negotiation and litigation skills.
After earning a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey, Mr. Roberto received his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. He holds active law licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Roberto served as a judicial law clerk for a Burlington County Superior Court Family Division judge and thereafter went into private practice focused exclusively on family law matters. Mr. Roberto has strong roots in the local community and enjoys staying involved in the legal community. He is an associate editor of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s publication, the New Jersey Family Lawyer, and a member of the NJSBA Family Law Section Executive Committee. He has authored numerous articles on a variety of family law and other topics, and has presented at various seminars for NJICLE and the National Business Institute.
In recognition of Mr. Roberto’s professional achievements, he was named to the "Best Lawyers - Ones to Watch List" in 2021, a "Top Attorney" by SJ Magazine in 2020, and an "Awesome Attorney" by South Jersey Magazine in 2019.
