Focusing his practice exclusively on family law matters, he assists people who are going through a divorce and who are thus dealing with issues like child custody and visitation, the division of complex assets such as retirement accounts and business interests, alimony, and child support. Mr. McFadden-Dinicola handles many of these cases through mediation and collaborative law as well as in a courtroom, and he also represents people who have been victimized by domestic violence and who are seeking protective orders. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. McFadden-Dinicola worked in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage, during which time he oversaw literally thousands of family law cases. This has informed him when dealing with divorce, child custody and other difficult issues that his clients face.

Mr. McFadden-Dinicola attended Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, as an undergraduate, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 1999. After working in the media industry, he enrolled at Seton Hall University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2007. He is admitted to practice before all New Jersey state courts. A member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, he was the 2017 winner of the Martin S.   • Brian McFadden-Dinicola prevails in matter involving an appeal to the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division regarding the final judgment of divorce, challenging alimony, child support, equitable distribution and counsel fee awards. This case involved the termination of a 22-year marriage, including two teenage children born of the marriage. Counsel McFadden-DiNicola represented the defendant-respondent and prevailed in both the trial level and appellate division, with the appellate court denying the plaintiff’s appeal and affirming the entirety of the trial court decision. Plaintiff’s claims for appeal were determined erroneous and the entire original verdict was upheld for our client., 2018
