Raul E. Menar

Mr. Menar completed his undergraduate studies in 2002, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from New York University. He received his Juris Doctor in 2005, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in New Jersey. Two years later, he became licensed to practice in the state of New York.
