Thomas F. Flynn, III

The founding shareholder of Flynn Law, Thomas F. Flynn III, for 40 years has focuses his practice primarily on plaintiffs personal injury and wrongful death cases. His background also includes criminal defense matters as well as the representation of health care providers in managed care litigation and PIP Arbitration for Providers. Admitted to practice before all New Jersey state courts, Mr. Flynn is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

A forceful courtroom litigator, Mr. Flynn also has extensive experience in negotiations, mediation and arbitration, and he often helps his personal injury clients avoid the uncertainty and expense of a lengthy jury trial by reaching an settlement through the use of those alternative dispute resolution methods. The types of matters Mr. Flynn has worked on include vehicle collisions, defective products; workplace accidents; professional malpractice on the part of health care providers, attorneys, engineers and architects; dog bites; nursing home abuse; and premises liability. An active participant in several professional organizations, Mr. Flynn has served on the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Association for Justice. His other memberships have included the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Camden, Burlington and Gloucester County Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Flynn obtained his legal education at the Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was a Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Society and awarded his Juris Doctor in 1982.
