John J. Zarych

Attorney John J. Zarych is the founder and owner of The Law Offices of John Zarych, which has offices in Northfield, Wildwood, Cape May and Atlantic City, New Jersey. Serving clients in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and Maryland, Mr. Zarych represents the rights and liberties of clients throughout both states who stand accused of DUI/DWI or any other type of felony or misdemeanor charge.

Widely regarded as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in the region, Mr. Zarych has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of the accused over the course of his more than 43 years practicing law. A veteran of hundreds of criminal trials and having once served as a trial attorney for the U.S. government, Mr. Zarych possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience that helps him devise the most effective strategies possible aimed at helping his clients achieve the favorable outcomes they deserve for their serious legal challenges.

Mr. Zarych obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1981, and the New Jersey State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year. While in law school, he served as editor of the Maryland Law Review and earned numerous awards and honors for his exceptional academic achievements, including being first in his class for both criminal and administrative law. He is also licensed to practice in Maryland.
