The founder of his eponymous law firm located in Northfield, New Jersey, Michael F. Myers focuses his practice on criminal law. Providing representation to clients throughout the Atlantic City/Cape May metropolitan area and other southern parts of the state, he assists people who have been charged by the state or federal government with crimes, disorderly persons offenses, and traffic offenses. In addition to his criminal defense practice, he also has experience in administrative law and general civil litigation. Admitted to practice before all New Jersey state courts, Mr. Myers is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
Majoring in political science and finance, Mr. Myers attended Providence College as an undergraduate, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in 2005. He then subsequently enrolled at Rutgers Law School Camden where he was awarded the prestigious Marshall-Brennan fellowship as well as his Juris Doctor in 2010. While he was in law school, Mr. Myers served legal internships with public defender's offices in Pennsylvania and Louisiana. After graduation, he spent a year with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General before entering private practice. His professional memberships include the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Atlantic County Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.Â
