Daniel R. Bevere

Attorney Daniel R. Bevere is a partner with Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo LLC law firm in Nutley, New Jersey. Widely regarded as among the leading trial lawyers in his region, Mr. Bevere has more than 27 years of total legal experience, and he provides exceptional counsel and support to a diverse range of clients throughout Essex County and across the state who have legal needs involving any of the following:

Certified as a civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, Mr. Bevere has successfully handled hundreds of highly complex civil litigation issues, as well as a number of criminal cases, and he has achieved a long record of securing successful results for his clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. He also has extensive appellate experience, and he has gained a reputation for his impassioned advocacy and unwavering commitment to those he serves along with his remarkable versatility as a lawyer.

Mr. Bevere has also served as a public defender in the Borough of Kenilworth as well as counsel for the Essex Regional Health Commission, where he was responsible for prosecuting violations of the State and Regional Air Pollution Control Codes. As such, he has a wealth of insight and experience in a wide range of court settings, and he is very comfortable presenting the most compelling case possible to help his clients pursue the favorable outcomes they expect and deserve.

A 1991 cum laude graduate of Boston College, Mr. Bevere obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994. The New Jersey State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
