Todd M. Galante

Attorney Todd M. Galante is a principal attorney at Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo, LLC in Nutley, New Jersey. Mr. Galante focuses his practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, debtor non-dischargeability actions, consumer fraud, complex commercial, business, and employment litigation, and complex mediation/arbitration matters where he serves as the mediator or arbitrator.

Mr. Galante has more than 35 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has handled cases involving multi-million dollar commercial loan restructurings/workouts and related litigation, business breakups, foreclosure, construction/surety litigation, contract, and corporate litigation, restrictive covenants, commercial landlord/tenant, employment and discrimination actions, fraud, embezzlement, franchise, professional malpractice, and other litigation.

Both he and his wife have mentored college students, established several endowed scholarships, and otherwise support their community and those in need. Mr. Galante has been a member of the CIANJ Board of Directors for several years, Former Chairperson of the Salvation Army Morristown Corps Advisory Board, Member of the SHLS Board of Visitors, Member of the Rutgers University - Newark Dean's Cabinet, member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and NJSBA Equity Jurisprudence Committee, the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Galante graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. After receiving his license to practice law in NJ in 1986, he was admitted to appear and practice before numerous other federal trial and appellate courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
