Jason D. Roth

Attorney Jason D. Roth is a partner with the Murano & Roth, LLC, law firm in Oradell, New Jersey. Serving clients throughout Bergen County and the surrounding areas of New Jersey, Mr. Roth devotes his practice to helping individuals, families and businesses with their most important and serious legal matters involving any of the following:

After graduating from the University of Connecticut, Mr. Roth attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1994. The following year, he received his license to practice from the New Jersey State Bar Association, and he is also admitted to practice in New York and Washington, D.C., as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Roth is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, where he serves on the organization's early settlement panel. He is also a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and serves as a certified mediator in New Jersey.

An accomplished author and speaker, Mr. Roth has published numerous articles and conducted lectures across the region on a variety of topics related to forensic accounting, collections, trial advocacy and other legal subjects, and he served as judge for the Yale Mock Trial Association in 2014 and 2015.
