Henry L. Kim

Attorney Henry L. Kim is the managing partner at the law firm of Kim, Cho & Lim, LLC, in Palisades Park, New Jersey. Mr. Kim focuses his practice on personal injury law, serving clients in Bergen and Passaic counties in New Jersey, as well as all five boroughs of New York City.

Mr. Kim handles all types of personal injury actions, including those involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases, such as slip-and-fall accidents. Over the course of his legal career, he has recovered more than $40 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients, including over $3 million within in the first two months of 2016. In another case, working with another attorney, Mr. Kim helped his clients recover more than $10 million.  

A skilled negotiator and litigator, Mr. Kim works hard on behalf of his clients to help them receive fair and just compensation after an injury caused by the negligence or another party. He knows that an accident can have devastating financial and personal consequences for a whole family, and so he treats clients with compassion as he works to bring them justice.

After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, Mr. Kim earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark. He obtained his license to practice law in 2001. He is qualified to practice law in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He enjoys staying involved in his legal community and is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice.
