Kendal Sim

Kendal Sim is a personal injury attorney at Kim, Cho & Lim, LLC, in Palisades Park, New Jersey. Mr. Sim serves clients in Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Passaic counties in personal injury actions involving motor vehicle accidents, animal bites, construction accidents, premises liability and catastrophic injuries. 

Mr. Sim provides dedicated and professional representation to the injured and their families. He develops personal relationships with every client he serves, understanding that each injury case is different and requires a personalized approach. He is a strong negotiator and is confident in the courtroom when litigation becomes necessary, always remaining committed to obtaining the best possible outcome for his clients.

In addition to personal injury law, Mr. Sim has experience with commercial litigation. He spent a portion of his legal career handling complex claims involving contracts, labor law and matrimonial law. He later chose to focus his practice on personal injury law, with the goal of helping injury victims and their families. 

Mr. Sim graduated cum laude from The George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law, graduating cum laude and as a member of the dean’s list. 

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Sim obtained his license to practice law before the state courts of New York and New Jersey. He is also qualified to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
