Peter E. Lembesis

From the law office of Dunn Lambert, LLC, in Paramus, New Jersey, Peter E. Lembesis utilizes his shrewd legal acumen and talents to help his clients resolve their legal issues efficiently. Serving residents throughout North New Jersey and New York, he primarily takes on legal matters involving shareholder and partnership disputes, foreclosure prosecution and defense, construction litigation, commercial landlord-tenant litigation, and estate and probate litigation.

Mr. Lembesis completed his undergraduate studies in 2003 at Rutgers University, and during his time there, he was executive director of the Rutgers University Dance Marathon and part of the Rutgers Model United Nations, the Rutgers Model Congress, the Cap and Skull Honor Society, and many more. Graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with honors, he went on to attend the Rutgers University Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 2006 with honors.

While in law school, Mr. Lembesis was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal and was actively involved with the Domestic Violence Clinic, where he gained considerable insight into how helping people with their legal needs could make a difference for them. In 2007, he became licensed to practice law in New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. In 2017, he gained admission to practice law in New York as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. 

Within his legal community, Mr. Lembesis maintains close affiliations with organizations such as the Bergen County Bar Association and the Hellenic Bar Association, the latter of which he serves as president.
