Richard J. Lambert is a founding partner of Dunn Lambert, L.L.C., in Paramus, New Jersey. As a business lawyer, he represents small to mid-size businesses, and their owners and executives as an outside legal counsel on a variety of matters, including business formation and organization, contracts, employment law, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and trademarks. He also provides representation in alternative dispute resolution in business disputes.
Mr. Lambert received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1979. Having worked for several prestigious law firms in New York and New Jersey, he is known for his professional experience and in-depth knowledge of business and commercial law.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Lambert served as the Chaiman of the Foundation for Free Enterprise, and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey. He is also a member of the New Jersey and American bar associations. He is a frequent lecturer and author on business law topics.
Mr. Lambert is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
